Joss Whedon WILL Direct Avengers Movie
Yup, its official. Joss Whedon will be directing the big screen adaptation of the Avengers movie set for 2012 courtesy of Marvel Studios.

Whedon ended the long running speculations and announced during a panel in Comic Con 2010 that he will be directing the Avengers movie set for release the summer of 2012.
This Saturday’s panel is also shaping up to confirm IF Mark Ruffalo will be playing The Hulk’s alter ego, Bruce Banner for the silverscreen romp replacing former Incredible Hulk star Ed Norton.
